TBO Video Series: How to Buy Your Christmas Tree at the Beach!

We thought it would be fun to tour some of the many Christmas tree lots at the beach and talk with the tree sellers about the variety of trees they carry, check out the service, and learn to haggle for a good price! The Beaches Online is visiting at least one tree lot for each of our beaches communities. Each has its own personality, style, and amenities. If you’re like us and haven’t gotten your tree yet, no worries. There are plenty of good ones left, and the lots are anxious to help you find that perfect Christmas tree – grand or modest.

First up is Severt’s, located on the corner of A1A and County Road 210 in Ponte Vedra Beach.  A wholesale tree frame that has many lots all over Jacksonville (and Flroida), Severt’s is a favorite supplier of trees for families in Ponte Vedra and Palm Valley.

The amiable Carl featured in the video was more than happy to chat, and educate us about all things Christmas trees. He was a camera-ready interview; he hardly needed us to prompt him!

Thanks, Carl! Severt’s has a gem in you!
